Q: The dice I want are "Out of Stock." When will they be available for purchase?
A: If the dice you're looking for are out of stock, please click "contact us" and leave a message with the product SKU. We'll let you know as soon as the dice are back in stock. You can also contact us through Facebook or Instagram to place a restock order.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Currently, we only accept PayPal. However, we plan to offer more payment options in the future.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery time varies depending on your location and shipping method, but you can expect your order to arrive within 10-20 days. If the dice you need are in stock in our USA, CA, UK or DE warehouses, you can expect a much shorter delivery time. Regardless, we'll do our best to get your DND dice sets to you as soon as possible.
Q: I want to return an item. What should I do?
A: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Haxtec products. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, please click "contact us" and we'll help you with the return process.
